Product Description

Plugnify offers custom AI WordPress plugins in three tiers:

• Starter Plugin ($399): Basic AI-powered plugin with essential features
• Pro Plugin ($699): Enhanced AI plugin with additional features including email integration options (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, AWeber, Beehiiv)
• Enterprise Plugin: Fully customized AI plugin with advanced styling options and tailored functionality

Each plugin is built based on your specifications. Plugins can be various types including content generators, text enhancers, title generators, summary creators, format converters, or other custom functionality as specified during the ordering process.

Ordering Process

1. Requirements Submission: You submit your plugin requirements through our order form.
2. Creation: We create a custom plugin based on your specifications.
3. Preview: You receive a preview link to test the plugin's functionality.
4. Purchase: If satisfied, you complete the purchase through our secure payment system.
5. Delivery: Upon payment verification, you receive the plugin files for download.

Payment Terms

Pricing

Our plugin prices are:

• Pro Plugin: $699
• Enterprise Plugin: Custom quote

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment information is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment system and is not stored on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the custom development involved, we do not offer refunds once the plugin is delivered. You are provided with a preview of the plugin before purchase to ensure it meets your requirements, and you must explicitly agree to this no-refund policy during checkout by checking the acknowledgment box.

Intellectual Property

Plugin Ownership

Upon completing payment, you become the full owner of the custom plugin we develop for you. After purchase:

• You own the plugin code completely
• You can modify, customize, or adapt the plugin as needed
• You can use the plugin on any website you own
• You determine how the plugin and any content it generates is used

Our Intellectual Property

The Plugnify website, brand, logos, and service design remain our intellectual property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or copy our business model without prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malicious code or attempt to breach security measures
• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Engage in activities that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of our Services

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable plugin.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
